· Other than through our refunds policy, CCTV Cameras offer a no quibble money back guarantee and will offer a full refund within 30 days and repair or replacement for the remainder of the warranty (This does not affect your statutory rights). We cannot guarantee that information provided on the web site or pictures will wholly represent the items received. We will however work to ensure that we provide the clearest pictures and descriptions we can.

CCTV Cameras UK Returns Policy
As long as your CCTV equipment has not been used and we have been advised within 7 days of receipt, we will happily refund the cost of your purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the delivery charge unless the return is as a result of an error on our part.
To return your purchase, simply place the item in its original packaging, including the packing note, and follow these 3 steps:
1. Contact us on 0845 519 5979 or email sales@cctvcamerasuk.co.uk.
2. Address the parcel(s) to Returns, CCTV Cameras UK, 71 Biddiblack Way, Biddeford, Devon, EX39 4AY please enclose your details and faults.
3. Please send the parcel and insure it for the value of the packing note. This will protect you in case the parcel gets damaged whilst coming back to us. We cannot be responsible for parcels that do not manage to get back to us. When we receive the parcel, we will check it and refund the amount of the order plus the postage.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your purchase gets to you in a damaged state, please advise us as soon as possible, and within 7 days at the latest and if possible a photograph of the damaged packing would be very helpful.
